Maxnificent! The polka dot Pyrenees, by Dianne Burch, is an extraordinary book. A humorous story, this book teaches the children that everyone is unique in their own way and has special talents: making people laugh, being creative, artistic, musical, and more! We all have our own different personalities and we must appreciate that.

Everyone has unique talents, wisdom, knowledge, and inspiration to the world. We should never try to be like someone else to “fit in” or hide our true self and only come out of our shell when alone. We should appreciate others, too. But the most important part is to appreciate ourselves.  Here are the top five quotes I have chosen that explain appreciating yourself more deeply than I have described it:

We have to love ourselves just the way we are to love others, too.
Just like in one of my recent blog posts, Jack The Cat The Angels Tale, Dianne Burch enforces loving the animals. My way of showing I love the animals it to be vegan.This means I do not consume any animal products at all.
