Do you care about your health?
No, seriously – think about it!
We all have, at some point, wanted the benefits of health. We want to be fit – feel confident about our body – have energy – increase our productivity, and as a result of all this, feel happy!
Maybe you’ve tried that whole dieting thing, and it didn’t work out. I did, too. It didn’t just not work out, if failed miserably. We work out and wear ourselves out, and then go back to square one once we cave in to the exhaustion. It seems impossible, but in reality, it’s quite simple.
Most of our health has to do with what we are putting in our bodies, mentally and physically. We both know that the food you’re eating impacts your mind, and that all the aspects of your health go hand-in-hand.
Diet makes a huge difference on how you look, but also on how you feel, because you can’t perform well if you’re not in top condition. However, we’ve both tried and failed to stick to one plan that helps us feel and look great.
Now it’s time for me to break the news to you: I’ve done it! I’ve found the solution we’ve been wanting for so long! This is my third week reading a book Always Eat After 7 PM, by Joel Marion, and implementing what I’ve found inside.
With all my new-found energy, I’ve been able to enjoy more physical activity without fatigue, and I’ve been able to get more done. It’s easier for me to get up in the morning, and I’m able to maintain a steady flow of productivity throughout the day.
It’s been life-altering for me to realize that changing my diet can be so easy, and now I’m feeling better than I have before! I also feel more confident about my body and how I look.
I especially love that the book provides easy, delicious and vegan friendly recipes. One snack I enjoyed were the All-Spiced Up Roasted Chickpeas, which are crunchy, savory, and filling.
Always Eat After 7 PM also includes sample meal plans, which I’ve been able to modify to work for me and my family.
There are recipes for everything from main courses, snacks, and even desserts! I’m really excited to try making this recipe for plant-based, no-bake salted caramel bars that I found in the book.
Always Eat After 7 PM uses intermittent fasting to regulate your hormones, so that you eat less and get fuller and healthier!
The book says, “Intermittent fasting really shines when it comes to improving the hormones that directly affect your hunger, blood sugar, and metabolism. One is insulin. IF combats insulin resistance, meaning that it helps your body use insulin more normally, thereby lowering your diabetes risk and boosting your metabolism.”
I’m looking forward to our fourth update next week, where I can share further findings with you! This has been an amazing experience for me.
