In case you haven’t heard my exciting news, I’m going to college! Woo-hoo! I’m getting ready to make big changes in order to prepare myself for wellness, success, and life in the fall.
One of my goals before I move is to get into shape, have more energy, and boost my metabolism. I’ll be getting used to a brand new schedule, roommates, and balancing cooking with myself on top of everything.

What is Always Eat After 7PM?
The Always After 7PM plan consists of:
A 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results: The Main Phase is all about learning exactly which foods to eat and when in order to achieve weight-loss and the Lifestyle Phase is about keeping weight off for good, and maximizing health benefits.
It sounds excellent, right? I already got a head start checking out the book, to find out more about the program. There are many diets out there that aren’t focused on your overall health, and are quite difficult to maintain. I was happy to learn that isn’t the case with Always Eat After 7PM.
Right from the jump, Joel debunks major health myths. Traditionally, we’re taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. The truth is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is actually not ideal.
He says, “Most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”
All the advice I’ve heard about getting fit and healthy has involved a lot of painful sacrifice, and it never lasts long.
The Always Eat After 7 PM system is different. Not only is it healthy and fat-burning, it doesn’t require us to give up our favorite foods or eat little or nothing for hours at a time.
